Shipping Policy
The Boogie Store do not accept responsibility for your item after it has left our premises.
If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for and collect your parcel.
If you notice any errors once your order has been placed, please inform us via email at support@theboogiestore.com within 24 hours of confirming the order.
Australian Standard Shipping is sent by Sendle. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 business days for delivery on orders. Once your order has shipped please check your emails for updates on your tracking number and progress of the delivery.
*Shipping for returns is at the expense of the customer and non-refundable.
Incomplete or Damaged Product
If you receive an incomplete or damaged product, please notify us via email at support@theboogiestore.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
The Boogie Store is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the incorrect shipping address at checkout. We want to ensure you are happy and receive your products safely and in time, so please make sure you include your complete address when providing your details through the checkout process. Be sure to review your flat or apartment number and correct postal code.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels have been sent to Sendle, they are the property of Sendle. The Boogie store is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure your shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. Rest assured that we track all packages, and give you access to tracking details, to prevent this from happening.
